This place is pretty unprofessional & the staff have a HUGE attitude problem. If you’re someone who is dealing with a lot of emotional distress just don’t even waste your time, they could make you worse god forbid. The staff are super miserable, especially the receptionist Karen. I have diagnosed anxiety and she amplifies it every time I talk to her, because she’s so bitchy. I will call to make an appointment and she’ll say things like “okay? And........ are you ever gonna tell me your name?” I get she probably works a lot and gets tons of phone calls, but to talk to me like I’m stupid because I start the conversation with “I’m calling for an appointment” is annoying.

I've been seeing Dr Igleburger for almost 2 years. He is so kind, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about medications, the way they work regarding mental health conditions and he also recommends other ways to cope such as practicing mindfulness. He is relatively soft spoken, understands my ADD and turns down music so I am not distracted when I am speaking and makes me feel comfortable in his office. He always seems to know when I've not had a few good months. These reviews must be fake or may be patients with drug seeking behaviors who have failed to get the meds they are addicted to. 5 stars to Dr. Igleburger and his staff for excellent care, patience and professionalism!

DO NOT go to this clinic! Just fair warning. Dr. James Igleberger will talk down to you not to mention never remember who you are. I have also seen him have terrible road rage. I was behind him today going to the clinic. There was a lady with her children pulling out of the clinic parking lot. There is a stop sign there, but usually you have to stop and inch forward to see around the bushes and trees. I guess he thought this lady had pulled to far forward or something. That’s all I can figure out. So instead of having consideration for other traffic and the poor woman in the car, he pull in front of her so she couldn’t leave, got out of his car, went over and actually pounded on her window and proceeded to yell and curse at her while her children were in the car. I couldn’t hear the whole conversation but I did hear “stop sign” and all of the F-bombs he dropped. Again, he wasn’t only accosting her, he was blocking traffic, apparently to release his aggression. After what seemed like forever, he finally got back in his car and pulled into the clinic. As I pulled in behind him, you could see the woman’s two young boys crying. I both felt sorry for her and her family, and furious at Dr. James Igleberger. If this is how he treats people on the outside, how is he going to treat you on the inside. Pathetic and a disgrace to psychiatry. What kind of human being acts like this? It was like watching a spoiled 5 year old throw a tantrum. I’m sorry for what happened to that lady, but I feel like I dodged a bullet by seeing his true nature. Be careful how you act in public. You never know who’s watching.
