A better way wholesale autos has great customer service. They we extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. They guided me through the whole selecting/purchasing process in a timely manner. They have a wide selection and had the best prices I could find in the area.

I got two cars from here back in 2012. One was a ford five hundred (my husbands) and the other was a Chevy trailblazer (mine). We were both very happy with our vehicles and the service that was provided. We did also opt for the extended warranty for both vehicles. When we and we certainly do recommend a better way auto. We tell the person do not look on the website because the cars come and go to quickly. Also you chose the car you like then they fix it for you. You can bring your mechanic with you. Which I liked very much. Just to make sure everything is done before you leave in the car.

As soon as I walked through the door of this facility I was very overwhelmed. Not only was I purchasing my first car, but I was very nervous. I was immediately greeted and welcomed with open arms. I was taken care of by Johnny and he was very honest and clear about absolutely everything. He answered every question I had and did not let me leave until I was 100% satisfied. I am to this day, very happy with my purchase and with how I was taken care and continue to be taken care of at A Better Way!

Purchased a 2018 Rogue Sport and could not be happier. The vehicle is beautiful and the Better Way Wholesale Autos team were amazing. From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt welcomed. I saw the Rogue online and really liked it. When I saw it live, it surpassed expectations. The purchase process was made very easy. Everything was thoroughly explained and there was no hard selling. It really is about the customer's happiness with the car they purchase. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. It's worth the trip whether you live in the Connecticut area or not.

So I just called on a Saturday about a vehicle I was interested in. When a called a sales lady picked up. I told her the stock number of the Honda I wanted some information on. She decided to tell me to look it up on there website. And there is a carfax there also. Well I called for a reason. For you not to be lazy and answer my question. Then she said they where closing and she would call me back tomorrow. I gave her my information. And it is now Tuesday. With no call back.
I just called and she picked up. I said I’d like to speak with a sales person. She said you are . I asked to speak to a different one pls. She asked if it was personal. I said no. I told her you didn’t have the courtesy to call me back after I talk to you on Saturday. So I’d like to speak to somebody else . It’s really that easy. If you want to make a sale do you call people back or you take the extra time at work and stay late and give somebody the information instead of being lazy. I was willing to drive all the way from Maine . it’s really that easy. I was willing to drive all the way from mean Maine for this vehicle. I’ll still be going down to CT. But it will be for a vehicle from Champaign Chevrolet. Those people know how to treat customers with respect.

I actually had a great experience buying from here. Miguel was very helpful he went above and beyond . I think the issue with most is that this is a wholesale lot you aren't going to get that personable let me cater to you experience. They are extremely busy which in all goes to show for something. Even financing the vehicle was easy I spent probably one hour there between Miguel and the finance department because mostly I did everything via phone and email prior to coming in . Go to Miguel !!

Your honesty and simple willingness to do your best for your customers during a sale and after is outstanding. A Better Way To Wholsales in CT, is just that a better way. Ask for Miguel. He dealt with us for almost a week, helped the keys when the car came in. We drove from Fall River MA. Very busy. Very good deals and very honest. Thank you so much Miguel!
