Wills handyman Services

I contacted Will for several small jobs I needed done around my place. He showed up on time and his quote seemed very reasonable. He installed several ceiling fans & painted a small quest bedroom. He completed the job on time and cleaned up after completion very nicely. We will definitely use his services again.

Not dependable. Poor quality work.

He painted our house and did an amazing job! The cost was very reasonable. The job was completed in two days. He even came back and touched up a few spots later that week at no extra cost. We will definitely use Will in the future!

He did not complete the job, made several mistakes and promised to fix it. Never did return, after taking the money for the entire project. He damaged our tub in several spots while tiling around it, and did a sloppy job fixing it. The tiles that he set are loose and coming out of the ground within a few weeks. The grout is cracking all over, and we had to get someone to redo the whole thing. Such a waste of time and money! I certainly would not recommend.

Certainly would not trust this business. I had a nightmare dealing with this person. I wish I had looked up the BBB before I hired him. I went with online reviews, and was cheated. No wonder , since he seems to respond to negative rewievs with by writing up positives ones himself! If all that he claims is true, why wont he respond to BBB complaints? There are several outstanding complaints. I dont think people complain just becaus they fancy it.

I have his quotes and invoices to show that we paid in full, and that the work was left incomplete. Somone who is honest , will take responisbility for thier actions and not evade customers.

Response to Will: How can you say you tried to resolve it, if you dont answer our calls, emails or letters ? That is an outright lie. You have not contacted us, nor made any attempts to resolve the issue. You are evading your responsibility. Crying foul just because you dont want to take responisibilty will not make the problem go away.

I hired Wills Handyman Service to do a bathroom remodel. Will helped me the whole way through the planning process. Will gave me suggestions as to the right tile to get so I would not slip on the floor. He was very professional and easy to talk to. It went so well that I asked him to replace the vanity too. He gave me a great price. I will use him again!!

We hired Will Harris (of Will's Handyman service, Plano TX 75074 ) to redo our master bath which included building a new shower stall, installing a frameless glass enclosure around it . We purchased the frameless shower glass ourselves and he was responsible for installing it. He failed to follow manufacturer's instructions and broke the shower glass during installation. He has evaded his responsibility of replacing the glass and paying for its installation. As you know, frameless showers glass is very expensive! He was paid in full for the project, on the belief that he will keep his word and finish the task. He has not answered our calls, emails and has refused to accept mail from USPS. We have filed a complaint with the BBB,(case #91170919)and he has not responded to that either. Because of him, we did not have a running shower for over a month and there are tasks yet to be completed, for which we have already paid him. He added on charges on the invloice for tools (tile blade, saw etc,) that should not be part of the materials.



Response to Will: The glass panel broke due to your neglect. You used large,round head screws instead of the flat heads that the manufacturer had provided. Placing a sheet of tempered glass on a metal screw head causes it to shatter, and that is exactly what happened. You failed to let us know that you had no experience installing frameless showers, and took on a job that you did not how to do. You claim that you offered to pay half for the glass,we never recieved a check from you?? We have paid you in full and have the invoice to prove it.

We have been cheated of our money, time and peace of mind. Do not hire him. Beware!

Don't look anywhere else! I needed work done to the outside of my 2-story house: My chimney was falling down and needed rebuilding, siding & fascia needed to be replaced, and everything needed painting. Wills knew exactly what to do, and I instantly trusted him. I was exceptionally impressed with the workmanship and at a very reasonable price. If I had paid twice as much, it couldn't have been done any better. Add to this a guy that's cheerful, friendly and enjoys his work, then you'll know why I feel so lucky to have found him. I wish you all the same luck as me. You won't be disappointed.

I was very impressed with Wills professionalism and his super response time.I got same day service and he did a super good job adding drywall to my garage attic.He went above and beyond by adding a insulative barrier as well.Ihave had a pipe burst twice in the garage attic. the bedrooms were terribly cold. also. look forward to not having to worry about that blasted pipe again and I look forward to a warmer room.I highly recommend him and I now have a trustworthy handyman to help me with those pesky little projects around the house.

Will repaired a hole in my 18 ft ceiling caused by a

sprinkler leak and painted the ceiling and walls. You

would never know it had been there. Also installed a ceiling fan in the kitchen that looks great.

Very professional and reasonable with prices. Planning on a laminate floor soon.,

My husband contracted Will to do our master bath (for my 26th Wedding anniversary) while we went to Las Vegas. I was truly Amazed! We picked out materials@ Lowes & Will picked them up & we left for Vegas. Will said "Don't Worry" (how many times have you heard that) your bathroom will be complete when you return. TO my Astonishment when we returned home "everything " was complete & I had a Beautiful new bathroom. Will did an AWESOME job, all was complete,JUST AS HE SAID IT WOULD BE. We are so pleased with the work he did that we are now contracting him to do a backporch with windows(sunroom) , a laundry room, & kitchen/den tile & kitchen cabinets.

Will is an Honest, Trustworthy, & Conscientious person about his work. He will not leave the job until he & the customer are satistfied with the job. My husband is very picky & Will made him very happy with the expertise showed on getting the correct materials & work the AWESOME work Will did on our bathroom.

We Will difintely recommend Will for remodeling or any repairs. Will is the type of person who will tell you if he can not do the job. But I there is very little that Will is not able to do.

Will Handyman Service provided me professional work and advice in replacing siding that was damaged by termites. He was very honest and offered great suggestions catered to my situation and will definitely recommend him to other potential customers. Thanks for the service and I will be calling him for other jobs that I wouldn't dare to do.

I used Will for a complete remodel on a Bedroom, Bath and closet doing everything from floor to ceiling. The work turned out unbelievable, his customer service was exceptional and everything was done in a timely fashion. Working with Will truly made this process so smooth. He was willing to pick up additional supplies, i.e. doors, baseboards, as an after fact when I had not thought of them as well as offered some suggestions on the remodel that I used as well. I highly recommend Will's Handyman Service and in fact have two friends who are already getting estimates and going to use him within the next few months.

I have used Will on 5 jobs that included plumbing jobs and electrical (lighting jobs). I found him to be very conscientious in his work as well as knowledgeable. My husband felt very comfortable with his work and I know that I will use him again in the future. I was very satisfied.

Will Installed a new back door at my house and it looks great. he even called me from his supplier and told me about a door they had on sale simmalar to what we had agreed on, saved me $200. I referred him to my mom, and he installed ceramic tile in her kitchen and bathrooms. she is very pleased..

I have used Will for several projects around my home. (painting, drywall, tape & bedding, hanging my plasma TV on the wall along with some neat track lighting Will suggested). It all looks great. His professionalism, attitude and his attention to detail are what elevates him far above other handyman services I have used in the past. It's not a problem to call him in the evening or weekend if I have a problem that needs attention. I will use him again and have also recommended him to several friends.
