Quick to respond, professional work, and reasonably priced. I'm not sure why there are bad reviews... My whole condo complex has contracted him to work on the fireplace issues, so that tells you something.

The two men that came out were nice. The one couldn't speek that good english but I understand and the other guy was very nice well spoken.

Take notice of the reviews. A pattern exists and it is right on the money. The work is shabby at best, then he CHARGES to come back and make good. This place gets customers because he is the ONLY game in town.

Bait & switch equipment. Sold one product installed another of lessor quality. Did not list make or model of unit on invoice. Called owner and after only 3months refused to make his sale good unless I paid for an upgrade.

I wish i read this first!!! They (2 bozos) arrived late. Eating lunch, while talking, walked in like they owned the place. Proceeded to hack holes in my newly painted walls to install a wall furnace. Globbed filler to patch the holes, which i have to repaint. The left a mess. They argued with each other while one talked to his son on his cell phone about his trip! I just wanted them to go away... it was $180 for 1 hour of "work". Just plain unprofessional. I kept 2 two losers in business one more....that i feel the worst about. PS: they were recommended by the carpet station in Yucaipa.

I called Wick's Heating for an appointment, but I was able to obtain another company's service sooner and I was concerned with poor reviews on the internet, so I called them and left a message cancelling the appointment several hours prior it. Wick's have been sending me bills for a missed appointment for several months now, despite my calls and written communication with them. These are very poor business strategies and I would never recommend these guys to anyone.

Wicks charged us $1300.00 to repair a heating system that needed to be replaced, not repaired. They would make appointments with us and not show up until days, sometimes weeks, later. Returning our phone calls would take them several days.



A one week wait turned into nearly two months. This was when our temps were in the 20's.



They are also unprofessional. The owner and his employee got into a shouting match in my home. They broke a laundry hamper, stopped up the bathroom sink, left behind their trash and knocked clean clothes on the floor which they then picked up, waded up and threw on top of my dryer.



After wasting our money on their "repairs", our homeowners insurance company sent out another company who found the problem right away. The whole system needed to be replaced.



If I had let these people replace our system, I'm sure it would have taken them months to even begin to do the job.



Please, do yourself a favor and don't use this company.
