Overall

We were very happy with this company. Mike the owner came out and gave us an estimate. His prices were very reasonable so we had him come back to do the work. He did an excellent job. We will be using this company again in the future. He has definitely won us over as customers. Would highly recommend.

Mike from Wells came to my house. He was here for about 3 minutes: he ignored the history of the problem, apparently belongs to the school of thought that "sometimes problems spontaneously fix themselves", shrugged when I asked why it had happened, basically called me both a liar and an idiot for not knowing how to work a plunger (and I'm 43-- I DEFINITELY can work a plunger, as can the two other men who worked on this before he did), and very chauvinistically offered to show me how to work a plunger. When I told him I did not need a lesson, thank you, he stormed out of my house without bothering to check his work, and squealed out in a huff. How do people like this stay in business?

Do yourself a favor, especially if you DO know how to work a plunger, or actually want a quality businessman to finish the job: call another plumber.
