Walmart Supercenter

Your experience depends on the time of day you. From around 6:00-11:00am the store is very calm and pleasant. Any later in the day and it can get a little too busy for me. Some employees are nice and friendly.

Need more registers open, but what Walmart doesn't?! As far as selection goes it is far superior than the Briley location!

When this Walmart first opened it was awesome. But it's gone downhill! I do not feel safe going there at night and sometimes even during the day! There are a couple employees who are very helpful and always smile and speak. But that is very rare at this store! Many times I have thought to myself 'why did not drive a little further to Target?' The savings are usually not worth the headache!

Go here for groceries, etc. Parking sometimes has people coming up to you at your car asking for money. Have seen someone run out of the store with a t.v.

I'm from Kansas City and I thought OUR customer service was bad, but this store takes the cake. While on two different week long visits to my daughter's I got one really nice sweet helpful older lady. The rest.....no. They act like you are working for them or they're doing you a favor.

The aisle are usually a mess and unorganized (which i suppose is mostly the customers). Most of the people I have encountered there are very unfriendly. Just not a good experience. We went there to have pictures made of our children and they didn't give us all of our pictures. We talked to the manager several times and still 1 and a half years later haven't heard or seen from the picture which we paid for.
