Walmart Supercenter

3/5 - I called twice this morning (10:00 -11:00) to ask if they had an item. I was asked to hold which after 11 minutes and hung up. I again called and asked for assistance and was put on hold for 7 minutes and the operator again came on line and asked "Can I help you?". I told her that for the second time I was put on hold. She said she would check on the item and not put me on hold for very long. Long story short she did, but, this type of service is unacceptable.

This is the worst walmart i have ever been to. Dont waste your time or money here. They never have anything stocked, there's only 4 or 5 registers open EVERY TIME i go in the store, and the people there just dont care about anything. If you need to just run in and get one or two things .. you might as well forget it. You WILL be standing in line waiting for at least 15 mins. The people that work at this walmart dont do their jobs. The people greeter doesnt even greet people, the people who are supposed to keep things stocked evidently dont do their job, and everything in the whole store is disorganized. This walmart is closer to me, but since the new walmart on New Bern has opened .. i go there. They always have 10-15 registers open, everything is all nice and clean, the people that work there arent rude, and it seems like the people actually do their jobs. With the way everything is right now .. if you dont want your job and dont care about it enough .. give your job to someone who really needs it!
