Waiting To Exhale Day Spa

I love WTE. I have never had a bad experience here. Seriously, you will leave so relaxed no matter what massage therapist you are put with. All the employees are very nice. It's has much more of a comfortable home type feel to it rather than a corporate run spa. Highly recommend.

Waiting to Exhale is a real hidden gem in Cypress. Also a big plus that it is right around the corner from me. Woohoo! I have had so many back problems and the massage I had at Waiting to Exhale was unbelievable. So much better than those massage chains that I have tried. I really feel a lot better. I also had a facial today and fell asleep. That is a really good thing because I needed that lol I look forward to trying the other services this place has to offer :-)

I love this place! I had an appointment today and everyone was so professional and the place is so relaxing, and just gives off a very welcoming vibe. I had a GREAT massage, and facial. Really helped me unwind after some stressful couple days. I will be back!

I had a very nice spa day here today. I was treating my mother as a gift and the staff was very nice to us and the place itself was very relaxing. Lovely decor and the services were so worth the drive. We left extremely relaxed. The champagne was a nice touch during our mani, pedis! We look forward to our next visit!

vscc: I had the EXACT same experience there. When I first read your review, I thought maybe I had written it and forgotten. I really dislike this place. It sounds like the owner has some sort of scam where she has her staff do upgrades and not tell you they are extra and then, she won't take it off the price. Wow! I thought it was just me. I have told everyone I know to avoid this place.
