I was at a loss before this move. Thankfully, the movers from US interstate movers lent a friendly efficient and experienced hand to help me with my move. They were punctual, strong and efficient. I have no issues with them while they moved my belongings. But what separated them from other moving companies to me was their customer service. They always kept in touch with me even after the move. They always knew the whereabouts of my things and responded very politely to any queries I had. It was just amazing the way they kept me in the loop throughout the moving process. They really gave me a good deal. Their helpfulness ensured a low bill for this move.

Moving was a nightmare for my family, because we always had to ask neighbors or family members to help and even though they were helping they were always grumpy about that, perhaps because we have been moving a lot. By far the best moving experience I've had a period. The team was an amazing job! They were fast, friendly, and efficient! They moved a three bedroom apartment, including the breakdown and set up of some pretty big and heavy furniture in just over 4 hours. They took good care of our belongings. The manager even corrected a problem with our bed frame that a local furniture company created when they initially set it up. He was quick to answer any questions I had no matter how small. Next time we move we won't hesitate to give US interstate movers another call!

The movers I had worked with in my last move were so lazy. But the movers from US interstate movers worked hard to earn my respect. They arrived on time and took care with all our items. I had a lot of heavy items that I had a hard time getting out and they were so helpful. I never would have managed on my own and they were very kind and thoughtful of my furniture. It was packed quickly and with all of the items put in firmly. When I called US interstate movers, the first impression I had of the company was of an unknown company that claims to provide excellent moving service and no damage to the transported items. Well, everyone promises that but we decided to trust these guys because of their friendly attitude and gentle behavior. We hired them as they had these qualities. US Interstate Movers made it step by step. The company sent an agent for estimation. The agent explained about the company and all the benefits to hire them. Next step is to schedule the moving day by phone. A sales person contacted me by phone and we scheduled my moving and the day. At the moving day 2 movers knocked on the door right and sharp in time. Gave brief about what is going to happen during next several hours. Everything was packed professionally and everything moved as is to my new place. The movers unloaded everything and even helped with some stuff to arrange. Amazing experience! Good job!

Movers showed on time for the packing with all necessary packing materials. Provided free boxes, double checked everything, treated the fragile and delicate items with extra care and also delivered my belongings within the allotted time. Apart from a broken wine glass nothing was broken or damaged. Being honest – they did a lot more than what I was looking for.
