If your looking for this numbe...

If your looking for this number to book a flight do yourself a favor and dont!!! Worst airline by a landslide. I don't care if I need to go to Charlotte NC and the options are a direct with them or 5 connecting flights from chicago, I'd still take the connecting flights in a heartbeat!!!



US Airways SUCKS!

I flew home from from Portland, OR on US Airways, bringing 2 dogs with me. I called in the middle of the night to ask about having the dogs in the cabin. They gave me the details, I paid the money when I had the representative on the line. When I got to the Portland airport to check in with the dogs, the information did NOT go thru. It took the associate at the airport over 2 hours to get me checked in! I almost missed the flight back to Phoenix because of this "person". There is NO reason for it to take someone 2+ hours to check in a passenger, especially when they still have to go thru security, open the dog crates, etc. I will NEVER fly US Airways again! I'd walk to Portland before flying US Airways again!

I recently used this airline. I had a bad experience a few years ago with them and tried again using them . I landed and found out my uncle died. I called to reschedule my reurn flight home. I was charged an extra $250 to my credit card with out authorization. I was told they have no bereavement policy. I rescheduled for 1 extra day. Not even to a Fri or sat but to a Wednesday when its about the cheapest to fly

I took a long weekend trip and on the flight to our destination the people seated in front of us where getting drunk. After landing with a large head ache . My cusion and I tured our phones on to learn his father passed away. I called the next day to extent my trip 1 extra day. And after getting this all done I was told then there was a charge. . The girl told me I had to give them the doc and hospital or the funeral home info. So I called back an hour later gave them all the info and she told me it was all taken care of

2 weeks later I got a bill for an EXTRA $250. I called customer service and was directed to the website where I had to write a letter. That I representative didn’t read when calling me back.

I was told they don’t have a death policy but she would give me a $100 voucher.

Terrible customer service

I had a credit for a ticket that i didn't use from a few months back. When I called to redeem it they charged me double what the internet prices were. Bad customer service!
