change transportation, we can get y'all where you need to go. Cheaper than uber and that if y'all needed a ride you're car brakes down we can help with that too. Or if y'all go out and have a little too much fun and needed a way home we'd get y'all there safely. Maybe some of y'all are a bit skeptical cause you've tried us in the past or something give us another try we have changed ! Have a blessed day y'all.

I called this taxi service on three different occasions and did not get any service at all! They were not even professional enough to call me back and apologize! The first time I called I needed a ride to the store from my job. I told Kenny that I had a pick up time of 7:00pm, he said they would be there.....7:00pm they were not there.....7:10 still not there!! I call back, Kenny tells me that he got the time wrong and had the pick up time as 7:30, I thought it was a honest mistake, I WAS SO DAMN WRONG!!! I call back after standing outside until 7:45 for a cab that was to be there at 7:30! Kenny says to me (mind you it is now 7:47) "The driver did not show up?" I replied no, he (Kenny) says "Well I will have someone over there immediately!" Before I hung up the phone I told him to have the driver call me, because I was not going to keep clocking out waiting on them to not show. Kenny said the driver would call as soon as he pulled up. 8:00 no call, 8:15...8:30 still nothing. So I call back and tell Kenny that they are a joke and they have been playing with my money and I will make sure I post a review of their broke down service. I decided not to do that until...I was going to give this company one more try, hoping that they got their act together (I don't know why I even bothered)! I called for a pick up on a Saturday (7-12-14) and Kenny yet again said someone will be right out. NO ONE EVER CAME AND TO TOP IT OFF, THE DRIVER CALLED ME 2 AND A HALF HOURS LATER AND ASKED ME IF I STILL NEEDED PICKED UP!! The driver then proceeds to tell me that she just got the call from dispatch. I told the driver no thank you and the company was a joke and hung up the phone. Just pathetic.

This Is a company that cares about The customers. Cars have water and phone chargers and some wifi.
