Do not use this company. I paid in full ($3,416.34) for rat removal, exclusion barriers, sanitation and one year of maintenance services with warranty, and one month free service. I was billed three times resulting in multiple phone calls to explain it was paid in full. The manager, Tony Blair, ignored two requests for communication and now says that I do not get the free month of service
