I have been a customer for 10+ years and have typically have had good experiences. Several years ago, after a visit to the wash, I found that the control knob for our power mirrors had been broken off. I called and spoke with the manager who told me ""you have no way of knowing that we did that."" He was in fact correct, although I had a strong sense that they had broken the knob.
I continued taking our vehicles on a regular basis until about 2 months ago when I took our new car to be cleaned. When I was called to get back in the vehicle, I noticed that a piece of leather on the door had been torn. I immediately called the manager over to review the damage and once again I was told ""you have no way of knowing if we did that damage."" This time I had no doubts. After a tense discussion, I was given the owners number. I phoned her the next week and explained my situation, asking that they pay for this small repair. She indicated that she would need to discuss this with the car wash manager and she would be back in touch. Its been over a month and I have not received a call, nor have i been back to the car wash.
I will not be going back and I suggest that you do not as well.

I've tried almost all of the Nashville Auto Wash & Detailing services and none come close to White Bridge Auto Wash's attention to detail, price and speed of service! You are never pressured by ""up-selling"" tactics and are never made to feel you are required to tip (which as a result, I always do!) as you are a competitors located near and around downtown. After finally finding them, I've been there a dozen or so times. Each time I find myself impressed with the efficiency of their operation resulting in an affordable - high quality detail and never having more that one car in front of me in any of their 4+ lines. Don't waste your time paying more and waiting longer at other places.

I didn't know about this place until I moved to Bellevue & asked my friend where they had gotten thier car washed because it looked so clean. I went & was very impressed with the prices & the cleaniness of the car afterwards. I have been here numerous times & always get the best treatment. I even showed up without an appointment one morning & needed my carpet shampood badly because my dog had gotten sick the night before and they took my car back with a little hesitance because they had so many other cars with scheduled deatilings but, they got it done & got it done quick. I now live all the way on the other side of Nashville in the Hermitage area & gladly drive to these folks to get my car washed, detailed, etc. Be sure to get the card that they holepunch for you. After your 10th wash you get one free. They have reasonable prices, excellent friendliness, and you always leave with a fresh & clean car!

I thought they had reasonable prices and were quick, so I returned to White Bridge Auto Wash. I was in a time crunch and selected a very basic wash - the ""Good"" - and my car was put through the line. However, upon leaving and examination of my car, I had two significant nicks in the car that were not there prior to my wash. The car is new, and I do my best to keep it looking nice so it was extremely frustrating. I returned to the auto wash to point out the new nicks. Since there was no way I could prove that they did it, I just asked the manager to be aware that somehow - either the machine's error or in the process of putting the car through the machine - damage was done. He was extremely irritated, saying I must have my facts wrong or the machine would give every car nicks. This is illogical because in placing the car in the lineup individuals drive the car in a crowded room to put it through the machine. Additionally, machines mess up, not always consistently. Think how many computers randomly have glitches! In short, he never apologized and insisted I was wrong. I ended up leaving because I knew there was no way he would admit to any fault (a very poor management belief) or apologize. To anyone debating whether or not to go, imagine if more serious damage was done and was not admitted to - which is not unlikely considering my experience - and how it would be handled. The price may be good, but the mismanagement and potential damage make this quick wash entirely not worth it.
The most unfortunte part about this experience for White Bridge Auto Wash is that if the management had simply listened to my story, apologized, and said they would be aware of potential damage to other vehicles I would have never written this review.

I am very OCD about my car, so I make sure to take it here at least once a week. They do a great job and the prices are reasonable. If I ever have any problems, their manager takes care of it right away. Over all, the best wash in nashville.
*Can be very busy during the weekend, but the line normally moves very fast regardless.
