CARSTAR Todd's Body Shop

We have worked with Todd's on too many occasions in the past two years and the vice has always been awesome and the friendliness is aboveboard.

Went in to get an estimate to get a scratch fixed on my brand new Grand Cherokee and the staff was amazing. They looked at the scratch and took it into the service shop and 10 minutes later they brought my vehicle back out and the scratch was gone. The manager did the job personally because the vehicle was only two weeks old. This might have been a simple fix but this company took care of me in a fast and friendly manner that was above and beyond expectation. I would definitely use them to do work on my vehicle again. Great towing service but a zero on customer service. I had my car towed in on a Sunday. It took 2 phones calls and 3 days to have them get back to me with an estimate. The estimate was sub-par because of the lack of effort. I moved my car to another shop not caring about the price but just that I needed the car completed on a timely basis. I got charged 3 days storage not because I couldn't pick up the car but because it took them 3 days to do the estimate. Take the time to find another shop.

I hate to give a bad review but I really have to. I went to Todd's body shop today to utilize their towing service. When I arrived I found parking to be nearly non-existent, but hey no problem, I just parked in the next lot and walked over. When I got onto the property an employee (Who's name I didn't get) Approached me and said my car would be towed (Odd thing to say to a customer trying to get towing service). I explained that we would just be a minute and that I found it hard to believe that I would be towed in that amount of time. He proceeded to say "Listen here smart-ass". I don't think I need to go any further do I? That sort of customer service is utterly unacceptable and I will not do business with Todd's again.

I have dealt with Brian Carey for over 5 years, from replacing a panel to removing a simple scratch on my automobile. He and his staff are true professionals who take their customers to heart. The quality of the workmanship is awesome and Brian Carey is a good friend who is also the General Manager. But because of his kindness and all the little things he does for me, you'd never know it !
