Upton Tire Pros

I first took my car to Upton in 2010, they were advertising a free oil change on your fouth visit, on my 3rd visit they tried to sell me a new air filter and when I said no, they got mad and misplaced the old one and left the compartment half open, on my fourth visit the guy said they could not do it free and the one standing beside him just made sounds as if I was some kind of freek. Also, they will overcharge you even on a simple oil change, I never write reviews, but I thought it would be a good thing to help someone avoid a bad experience and bad business, I would not take my car there

They will over charge you even after providing you with a written estimate! More expensive then most other car care centers in the Jackson metro.

The owners only answer to any and all issues is to personally attack the customer. Just look at how he responds to the negatives reviews his business has received on this and a number of other sites.

BETTER PRICES, FASTER SERVICE, and HONEST RESPECTFUL STAFF ELSEWHERE.

DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO UPTON TIRE PROS!!!! They tried to charge me TRIPLE to replace my a/c condenser in my car & made me pay $88 for the a/c check which they didn't tell us about before hand!!!!!! Car Care Clinic is only charging us $477 while Upton wanted $1577!!!! (This happened at the Brandon store)
