Thompson's Appliance Repair

The service was good, but the pricing was outrageous. The mark-up for the parts was 1900% from what I found online. I will not use them again.

We've relied on Thompson's for repairing our microwave, dryer, and refrigerator for a number of years and have been completely satisfied with their work ethic and price.

My fridge was cooked from a power failure. I filled out an online request and Adolph called within minutes. He sent someone out within a couple hours. Dave, the service man was professional and courteous. He identified the problem then and came back in the morning with the part. Professionalism and honesty are rare these days but Thompson's have it.
