        Jeff found us a great home in the Arcadia area, did a $100K renovation to it, and then we acquired it from him. He knows the Phoenix market better than anyone. He knows renovations better than anyone. He's such a great Realtor, friend, and businessman. I highly suggest anyone looking for a home use Jeff. You won't be disappointed!!

        Highly recommended especially for multifamily investment properties. He's also an investor who understands what you are looking for. The property I bought is old (built 1963) and needed some roof work. Jeff went above and beyond and actually called contractors to get estimates for me. One of the most important qualities I look for in a realtor is good communication; Jeff is responsive and actually answers his phone and e-mail or gets back to you quickly.
