The Pool Guys LLC

This is a condensed account of my pool building journey with The Pool Guys LLC. First off let me state that my Wife and I absolutely love our new pool! So, how did we get there? Let’s start off with the ability to make time for you even before you’re an actual client. Justin and I started conversations regarding pool designs and pricing back in October of 2016. Over the course of the next year and half my Wife and I tweaked our design and Justin stayed right there with us. He was always available for a phone call or even a visit when needed in order to finalize things. I’m a big believer in testing any contractor prior to entering into any contractual agreement with them so I know what I can expect from communications point of view. Once we agreed on the pool design and signed the contract they ordered the supplies required to build our pool. Justin kept me updated with estimated start date which was accurate!

On to quality of build. Since I’m able to work from a home office three days a week I was able to observe the construction process and I have to say that these guys work very hard! City inspectors also had nothing but positive comments about the work being done. As an example, for the footing of the pool they used more concrete than the city even requires. Example 2 is the amount of time that went into prepping the deck foundation. They had different workers compacting the base for solid day! I truly feel like that pool is built like it was in his own back yard.

Now as we were nearing the end of the construction process I let Justin know that we were planning a pool opening party that coincided with another major milestone in the family. In order to make that happen Justin drove to the distribution center of the carrier that was supposed to deliver the liner to his warehouse to pick it up so that he had it to install before the weekend. Talk about going beyond to make your client happy!

Fantastic service! Todd and his awesome crew came out this morning and did a great job. Lori and Jessica in the office are always pleasant and very professional. They are a first class company and go the extra mile to satisfy their clients. The whole crew is very knowledgeable and I recommend them highly to anyone opening up a pool or closing a pool. I consider it a pleasure to have them work at my home.

We recently used the Pool Guys to remove our old in-ground pool. They were very professional and hard working. They kept us informed of what they were going to do and when they were going to do it. If we had questions, they were there to answer them. We had great communications and received a great job at a fair market price. If a 10 + star rating was available on this site, that is what I would give this company. I hired them to install a new liner in my pool and I’m glad I did! With a series of mistakes on my end (ordering the wrong liner) the owner didn’t hesitate in fixing MY errors. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the right liner the very next day. From the initial phone call I made for price quotes to the completion of the job, this company was prompt, courteous, professional , caring, reliable, kind , and to be honest, a lot of fun to have around! Their customer service skills are like none I have ever seen from any other company I have hired for various work. When you hire The Pool Guys, they will make you feel like you are their only customer. The quality of their work is impeccable and they were sure to clean up after themselves after leaving for the day. I have to commend the owner of The Pool Guys on such a magnificent company. With his leadership skills, and an excellent crew of guys behind him, I HIGHLY recommend T & J The Pool Guys for all your Pool and Spa needs. I know I will definitely be hiring them for future work!

These guys are great! I had problems with my indoor pool and the company I always use only services us with maintenance. These guys can do everything!!! They came out spent a few hours and fixed my equipment. Now I use them for maintenance every other week. It is soooo nice having one company that does service,maintenance and repair not just the easy stuff! They are clean, have a nice appearance and are kinda funny too. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR KNOWLEDGABLE SERVICE.

I was very disappointed that The Pool Guys led me on for almost a month that they would come out and install a new liner for my pool only to quit returning my phone calls all together. With the pool sitting for that extra month, what a mess to clean and balance. Very disappointed!!

We were extremely happy with the service and professionalism of this company. The work was done on time, and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend the pool guys to anyone.
