I recently purchased a sink and faucet from Habitat Restore in Kansas City. They were used but beautiful. I call The Plumbing Pros - and they sent Travis. He had to cut off the old rusted pipes and faucet, replace the faucet we bought with one that worked (we bought on beautiful not function) and installed it all within an hour. Plumbing Pro came out to clean a kitchen drain. What a shock as the bill was over $400. The service tech was very nice, but just didn't know what he was doing. I went up stairs, heard a terriable noise and looked up from the deck. The drain snake coming out of the vent pipe on the roof and just spinning around.. Who knows how long I had to pay for the spinning drain snake on my roof. When the tech left after almost 4 hours, the drain was still clogged. I will say that the owner came out the next day and cleared the drain in about 15 minutes without any additional charge. There was no attempt to reduce the outrages charge.
