        Dave is definitely your man. I just called for service because a gas fireplace unit in a new rental property wouldn't light. He said "Before I come out and you have to pay a trip charge, did you turn the knob to 'On' after you lit the pilot light?" Oops, guess what? I don't think I did. At least I will check that first and not pay him to come turn a knob. If it is something else, I will absolutely call him back.



        1/10/14 Update: Dave was exactly right. I checked the fireplace again today and sure enough, I had not turned the knob to "On" after starting the pilot light. When I do need service, he will be the first call I make.

        They did a great job! Showed up on time, did the work as promised and answered all of my questions. Fast and professional service! I would recommend Dave the Installer to anyone.
