The Home Depot Cabinet Refacing

This place is a joke. My name is David Kohalisky, as if Dina didnt know this by the published complaint. I had granite installed very nice color granite in my kitchen, Abrhams leaves, AND HOME DEPOT we find that there is a crack in the corner of the 8'X3', we bring it to Dina's attention, she tells us it is a fissure, I send a picture, I also find that they broke the electrical outlet stripping out one of the screws so it will not hold the outlet and the only way to fix it is to remove the granite and replace the housing, then the counter for the bar which is about 8' was cut with a 1/2 to 3/4 gap to the wall. What the heck what the blazzib hel# am I going to put there. As Dina to consistently saying it's a fissure there has now been two independent companies look at this so called fissure and identified it as a crack, one being an independent from Home Depot and a Home Depot manager. I have no problems with spending money but when I have a company saying that it is not their job to educate the customer on granite even when they install the product knowing issues I find perlexing and stupid on behalf of the company. I find the company completely dishonest when they break things and not say a word hoping it wouldn't be found right away, I find dishonest. This company is a huge joke and really shouldn't be in business. Advise be honest and friendly with the paying customer, remember the customer is always right.
