Today was the third time I have used the Geekz for my computer problems, and all three times they have been very professional, very patient, very knowledgeable and although the repairs cost me a good bit I'm happy with the work and the outcome of their skill and the job they did all three times was amazing, I had Sabrina last time, and today got Vince and Kevin, both guys were so great. I was on the phone for about 4 hours with them working to find the problems, and then they worked another couple of hours cleaning and repairing my computer and my husband's computer. They're the BEST. THANKS, GUYS!

Frank was most helpful. His patience with me and my limited skills was exemplary. He cleaned the computer of viruses, installed new protection and connected a wireless printer. It was a daunting task but he stayed with me through the lengthy process. Thank you very much.

Terrible service. I let them log into my computer and they immediately used scare tactics to try to get me to sign up for a yearly plan. Stay away!

Service was great. Took a little while but I finally got thru to a senior tech. Gary Charles helped me with everything. Turns out I only needed a cable for my printer, but I AM NOT A TECH GUY.

Gary explained EVERYTHING in detail.

My printer is up and running again.
