Set up an appointment with Terminex, the guy never showed up. I waited an hour after the appointment, no call/email/text. I called the 800 customer service line where they 'escalated' my situation to the local office who would contact me, and rescheduled my appointment to the next Monday from 4-6. Guy never shows up again. No call/email/text and the local office hasn't contacted me. I call the 800 number and wait on hold for 20 minutes before speaking to a rep who tells me she has to transfer me to their 'cancelations' line to cancel my service. I sit on hold for another hour before 'Andrea' picks up. Literally the rudest customer service experience I've ever had.
I've had better experiances with the IRS scammers from India.
Supposedly my appointment was cancelled, even though I never cancelled it. My service wasn't cancelled, just the appointment. I've worked in customer service for more than a decade at many different companies, Andrea was the opposite of customer service. Meanwhile there were no supervisors or managers available when I was on with her, so no one else I could speak too.
I would recommend cancer and a trip to Chernobyl before I would recommend this company to a friend.
