Customer service STINKS. They delivered the wrong thing, late, which was sent back, cause it was so wrong...and when I asked for a refund was offered only 50%. Customer service FAIL.
Scam artists! They take your money, don't deliver flowers and then you have to jump through hoops... Waiting hours to speak to somebody that tells you the check on it but never get back to you. I had to actually threatened legal action for them to credit my account back the $57 I spent on flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day that were never delivered. Read the reviews and heed everyone's warnings
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FRUSTRATION!! READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM TELEFLORA. I WISH I HAD! I can say this honestly because they seem to have issues with delivering flowers in time or even at all... EVIDENTLY IT IS A CONSISTENT PROBLEM WITH TELEFLORA AND NOT JUST FOR MOTHERS DAY. REVIEWS GOING BACK 2 + MONTHS SPEAK VOLUMES. This business is a scam. I placed an order three days before Mother's Day and they did not deliver the flowers to her, after promising by email, two days in a row they would ... finally Saturday they emailed me saying they cancelled my order. Like others I called customer service several times and was on hold forever or they would hang up. My mother had no flowers as I could not find a florist who would take an order late Saturday. Had they advised me earlier I may have been able to call elsewhere. NEVER WILL THEY SEE MY MONEY AGAIN!
I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mothers Day out of state. I only had the name of the nursing home. The florist failed to deliver the flowers--notifying me on Monday, the day after Mothers Day. The reason, they didn't have an address. All they had to do was to check the phone book!!! How many Armenian nursing homes could be in a small town? Or any town? This is why I use Edible Arrangements--they are smart enough to use phone books and get orders delivered. AND they are cheaper!
This place is a scam. They take your money and you get no flowers. If I could I would give it NO STARS. Ruined my Valentine's Day. My husband ordered me flowers and they never showed up. Don't bother calling customer service. You will end up on hold for over an hour and then the rep that you get barely speaks English. Buyer beware!!!
Buyer beware! $200 for a dozen sweetheart roses? You've got to be kidding me! A relative ordered these from the UK for delivery to me in New Smyrna Beach on Feb 8th, 2017. They will never know they were ripped off - but I know - and would never use Teleflora or New Smyrna Beach Florist again. The arrangement was pretty and the delivery woman was nice. Worth about $75 max.
Missed Delivery on Valentines Day without any notification. I sent my mother a flower arrangement on Valentines Day only to find out that it never was delivered. When I called to find out what happened, they told me they changed my date and were planning to send the flowers out 2 days later. Why would I want to send my mother Valentines Day flowers and have them delivered on Feb 16th? The Service Department was terrible as well, they had no explanation as to why the date was changed, never contacted me to tell me the date was changing, and then when I asked the manager what the name of the florist was that they were using, the woman said she had no idea because they only have an ID # and that they don't actually know the name of the florist. I will never be using their service again. So disappointed.

Teleflora failed to deliver the order, not once but twice. When it did come, it was substantially smaller than what I had paid for and what was pictured on the site. They refused to give me a refund, and were generally friendly but very unhelpful on the phone.
Now here?s the kicker: later I got a form email from Teleflora asking me to write a review of my experience with them for their site. ""OK,"" I thought, ?perfect.? I filled out the form honestly, explaining all the problems I had, just as I have done here. I have them a 1-star rating: the lowest possible. The page said that all reviews are screened before they are posted (specifically, for language and mentions of competitors, which are not allowed, and which I didn?t do) and then the reviews will be up in 3-5 days. Well, it's been ten days now, and while other positive reviews have been posted from the same day I submitted mine, my negative review has not. In fact, there is not a SINGLE review of the bouquet that is under 4 stars. Out of over 280 reviews!
Now censorship irritates me even more than the less-than-stellar service I had received from Teleflora. And THEY were the ones who asked ME to write the review. I went to the trouble to do it, and to conform to their standards, only to find that they refuse to publish reviews with less than four stars? For the first time in this whole fiasco of an order, I was actually finally pissed off.
On the up side, I had learned how to order flowers. First, go to Teleflora dot come and pick out the bouquet you want. Next, go to Google Maps. Type in the recipient?s address and click ?Search Maps.? When the map loads, erase the recipient?s address from the search box and type ?flowers.? Click on ?Search Maps? again. You now get a list of local, independent, small business florists located near your recipient. Many of them even have reviews. Reviews that aren?t censored.
When you call there?s no wait time, and you get to talk to a live person who is usually very helpful (and cheerful since they?re surrounded by flowers as opposed to sitting in a dark cubicle). And often this person is even the person who will actually make the arrangement. Tell them which bouquet you want and they can go to Teleflora?s site and replicate it, most probably better than Teleflora would if you ordered it through them in the first place. And you can take the money you would have been paying for an inflated order-processing fee (whose only value-added is crappy d-bag call center ?service? anyway... and is a fee which, incidentally, you never hear about until you?re on the final checkout page having already taken the time to enter address information, gift card info, and payment info!)? and you can use that money instead to add even more flowers to the arrangement.
That?s how you order flowers for delivery.
