Great experience with Dr Chao. Of the three physicians I went to for opinions, his made the most sense.

This is our first visit and its only been 20mins. into the visit, but the front office girl was friendly and quick to help us. The back office assistant was very thorough and friendly. Great first impression.

The receptionist was polite and helpful. The nurse who prepped me was very professional and caring. The Anesthesiologist and nurse were great. I was especially impressed with his knowledge of the shoulder surgery since he had personal experience with undergoing the surgery. I could tell that the nurse who was with me in the recovery room really cared about taking care of me. Dr Young took the time to examine me twice and really gave me an outstanding understanding of the upcoming surgery and instilled a large amount of confidence in your office's ability to make me better. Last but certainly not least, Dr Chao thank you for the excellent work inside my shoulder. I am now very glad that I was referred to your office. Once again I can't say enough to express my gratitude.

Dr Chao is the only doctor I trust - I drive 8 hours to make my visits, the rest of the staff is always great too. Also the best "PA"s anywhere.
