Superior Appraisal Services is a locally owned and operated company serving the Wasatch Front (Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, and Weber counties). Because of our superior product and service, we have been chosen to be the Utah affiliate for IRR-Residential "Local Knowledge, Nationwide", the largest appraisal company in the US. While our primary market is the Wasatch Front, our chief appraiser - Vern Meyer, has extensive knowledge of the small communities that make up the markets of central and eastern Utah and has provided appraisal services here for over 10+ years. Our investment in training and technology has helped our customers greatly reduce their workload. By offering online appraisal ordering, coupled with automatic report status updates and electronic delivery of the final product, we are able to eliminate the run around and phone tag hassles associated with this process.
