General Info: I handle most software/hardware issues that you have with either your Laptop computer and Desktop computers. We do not handle in-home services and you must either call 860-680-4204 and leave a message or submit a request on http://stevenscomputerrepair.weebly.com/contact.html and I will return your e-mail or message as soon as I am available. I will tell you where to meet and explain the diagnostic I will do, as well as give a contract that you must sign before any repair/diagnostic is done on your computer. Computer repairs will not be charged on an per hour-basis. Repairs will also not have a specific time frame for the repair to be complete. In the event a repair takes longer than a week, I will e-mail/call you with an update on the repair. Should there be an issue, your diagnostic fee will be refunded and computer will be returned. I am not responsible for the condition of the computer when I first receive it. It will be noted.
