They towed our vehicle after we were rear ended while stopped in traffic. My wife and daughter were sent to the hospital in the ambulance so I was told I could go with them and retrieve my stuff later. I called these crook's tow lot and they told me I owed them $536 if I wanted to get my stuff out! This was obviously covered by the at fault drivers insurance and should have at least given us an opportunity to get our stuff out. I had to pay for a rental car and didn't have another 500 to give them when they would obviously be paid by the insurance company. So now I am back home in Kansas City, 10 hours away, without any of my belongings. So if you are the victim of an accident anywhere near these thieves please call another company that has some sort of compassion for other people.

Wanted to take a moment to thank you for all the hard work on our motohome. We have had 4 horrible years with it not working correctly. I know you dont often get feedback on your work and I wanted to say ""Thank You"", your staff was easy to work with and as they found problems, they fixed the without creating new problems(as was our previous experiences). Our experience with your repair shop was a positive one and we feel good our rig was and is fixable! Thanks Again.
SIncerely, Mervyn & Deana Davies

My car broke down on Hwy 287 one night after midnight. I called Stan's Auto and they had a tow truck there within an hour. they towed my car to their shop, and had an estimate for me by 9am the next morning. While they listed a bunch of things I didn't care to fix, they also fixed my vehicle and had me back on the road by 2pm. Thanks Guys!! (There's a hot hot hot blonde girl who works there too)

I took my Jeep w/ over 150,000 mi. and 15 years of age in for a brake inspection and to replace a blown fusible link. After over a week in their shop, they failed to notice a bad caliper and tried to charge me full price for their poor diagnosis. They tried to sell me things I didn't want or need. Labour rates are exorbitant, and parts prices are inflated. Always another reason to hold my Jeep for ransom. There are many other service shops in Loveland. Avoid this one.
