Love my bathroom that Stamerra Plumbing did!! Having never been through the experience of gutting a bathroom and starting over, I was a little apprehensive. Stamerra Plumbing made it easy and my bathroom turned out beautiful. I was happy that owner, Rick Stamerra walked me thruough the process and rearranged the layout to make better use of my space. They were neat, efficient and professional.

I would highly recommend Stamerra Plumbing especailly for the major sewer problem that we had. I first called another company. They came out and couldn't unclog my sewer and quoted me $18,000 to replace the sewer. I then called Stamerra Plumbing for a second quote. They first tired to unclog it using their electric eel but was also unsuccessful. Their rep suggested putting a camera in the line to further diagnose the problem. It ended up that I did need a sewer replacement but i got the job done at a signigicantly lower amount. The sewer camera inspection fee was waived because they did the job. I highly recommend this company, They were professional, honest and up front with their pricing.

Rick came to our house and caused a bigger mess than we already had.. We hired him to have a shower faucet replaced with a new one. Rick worked for a little while, left for and hour to who knows where and then returned to finish about half of the work. In the process he cracked the shower wall and said it was our responsibility to buy a new one. He said he had to return the next day because he forgot a part and that he wanted paid in full that day. Sure enough he doesn't show the following day and the work that he did started leaking, ruining our kitchen ceiling. I would only recommend Rick Stamerra for demolition work only.

Forget it! Two appointments for an estimate for new furnace/air conditioning unit and two NO SHOWS. The first missed appointment...I called and got an "oh you were supposed to be called and changed". The second missed appointment resulted in Rick not even taking my calls. Completely unreliable and evidently doesn't need any work.

Stay far away from hiring Rick Stamerra Plumbing. Not reliable and no business sense or manners. I hired him long distance from Fla. to replace some bad drain lines & part of the drain stack in a house I had up for sale in Pgh. He worked on the job 2 different days prior to Memorial Day weekend. He told me he would finish up early the week of the holiday. I tried calling him Tue. evening. No answer. I didn’t leave a msg. I called Wed. morning for a status & left a voice msg for him to call me back. No response. I called Thur. morning and evening & left msgs. Called Fri. afternoon & left msg. Called Sat morning & left msg. Sent an email late Sun night asking him to call me Mon. morning. Still no response at all. Since I’d sold the house, I called another plumber Mon. afternoon to finish the job. Rick Stamerra called me Tue. morning and told me he had been sick for a week with the flu. As far as I know, flu never kept anyone from being able to speak. If someone had just called me back a week earlier……oh well…. I spent $1750 for him to replace a few pipes and still had to hire someone to fix the original problem.

I worked with both Ed and Rick Stamerra. They are brothers, but do not confuse the two. Rick is well organized, professional, and a great guy to work for. He has his own website ( stamerraplumbing.com/ ). All of his reviews are excellent. ED Stamerra is a different story. His reviews speak for them selves. Stay away, his low ball prices will not be worth the stress he'll cause. He has no website, no references.

My name is Tom and I have a few things to say about the service and the previous reviews. First Im from Florida and I came here to rehab a 5 bedroom home and Rick is the one and only owner of Stamerra Plumbing & heating and I have to say that Rick did an outstanding job of redoing all the plumbing in this house at a very fair price, I had the opportunity to have several conversation with him throughout the time it took him to re plumb my house and Iv'e got to tell you that Rick is not only a stand up guy he is fair and honest he is also a God fearing man that Loves the Lord, and I have to tell you that i enjoyed not only his professionalism, and job quality but also the relationship we have built through the service of Stamerra Plumbing & Heating. My final response is these past reviews are intended for another company that has the same last name so please don't get the two mixed up, this owners name is Ricky Stamerra and I highly recommend him for any plumbing need.

My first experience with these Guys was quite refreshing. Having had some pretty awful plumbers in the past who never kept their commitments. The work was done well and ahead of schedule. They kept me posted on the progress and cleaned up after themselves. Rick was very professional and personable.

DON'T CALL!!! I would NOT reccomend Stamerra Plumbing. Took a day to call me back, we set up an appiontment, he CANCELED! He reschedueled with my husband and HE NEVER SHOWED UP FOR THE APPIONTMENT AND NEVER CALLED!!! RUDE!!

Stamerra Plumbing was on time and professional. I was impressed that they explained in detail what needed to be done to my underground sewer line and even showed me this through a sewer camera. I was given a detailed proposal, taking away my fear of hidden charges. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves because it was a messy job. I would highly recommend Stamerra Plumbing.

What can I say they were on time did a great job and had reasonable rates plus work I can trust by a Master Plumber A++++++
