was forced to purchase a phone as I had broken my other phone and was told my protection plan did not cover replacement. This did not turn out to be the case. I returned said purchased phone and the store did not stop the payment plan they set me up for on the phone.
Even though I did not own the phone, I was still making monthly payments for it

"Never trust when you are lured with cheap offers. I ordered two sims, one for myself and another for my wife with the so called unlimited free talk, text, and data plan for one year. I started activating those sims online chatting to lots of customer service representatives, and so called technical experts, however, none of them were able to activate service on our phones. They also recommended to visit the store, I visited there too, they told me our phones didn't have any problem with activation, may be those sims we got were bad. Again, I contacted the customer service to deactivate my account and refund the money I spent to buy the sims (~18$), but he recommended me to contact the billing service to do that. Once I contacted the billing service department, their representative told me that they will order sims for me for free with overnight shipping option, but I didn't get those sims on the date they mentioned and came to know that they didn't place my order too.....liar and cheater.....After so much frustrations and irritations for 5 days without phone services, I wrote this review and decided to return back to my previous carrier. I wasted lots of time and some money too, please never trust this liar carrier........I wish I could sue them for lying me and giving me hard time...... "
i,m sprint customer i order 5 lines .my internet was very slow .i was disappointed .i call them they hang up on me basically no one help me. i request several time .5 employ hang up on me .no one is there to help me . i send it back to them all phones .they said they got the phones. i call employ they make fun of you. they laugh they disconnect phone i have not received my money back . its been 2 months no one solve the issue .i,m still waiting i don't know what to do.
Sprint has the worse customer service possible. The price is not the price. The service is not the service and surprise when you get your first bill. Triple what it should be. I called customer service and was on the phone over a total of two hours. Spoke to 11 representatives and then they drop my call. I still don't know why my bill is so much. BEWARE!!!! They are horrible people!
I'm very frustrated with Sprint. A year ago I noticed a charge for 9.99 on my bill for a game called Tower. I didn't have this app on my phone as I don't download games at ALL. I called Sprint and was told they would remove the charge. I trusted my phone carrier to do what they said. I went to upgrade to a new phone and I went to check my bill and noticed the charge was still there. I went to the Sprint Corp store and the rep looked through my phone and agreed it was not on there. He looked the game up online and it stated to text STOP to a number and it would stop the billing. I received a reply that stated this number is not associated with them. I assumed since I had a new phone with NO apps it would not be on there. However the charge was still on there. I called Sprint and told them I've been paying for something I never downloaded and was told months ago they would remove the charge. The rep stated they have don't show any calls on file. I asked to speak to a Manager so they can pull all my calls for the past year to listen to my calls. I was told they can't do that. They would not help in any way!! All I can advise is to check your bill monthly for "third party charges" because it could be possible its a scam and you are paying for something you never purchased.

After visiting this retail location at 291 Exton Square Parkway, Exton PA 19341 I once again experienced the atrocious customer service that prompted my carrier change to Verizon.
In late August, I paid Aprox. $420.00 at the Exton in order to be rid of my rubbish Sprint Mobile service. I was assured by the "agent" that this was the total sum of Early Termination Fee's and Device Payment Buyouts I would need to pay to cancel my service. Lo and Behold, in mid-September I received ANOTHER bill for aprox. $92.00 in charges the clearly incompetent agent failed to mention or address.
After 2+ hours on the phone with customer service, I managed to get the bill dropped (again, due to the idiocy of this location's staff) and my service cancelled.
Given the aforementioned issue, I decided to visit the location one final time yesterday to ensure that this would indeed be the end of dealing with ArchTelecom and Sprint. I stood in the lobby for nearly 25min. without my presence so much as being acknowledged, let alone greeted and wait time addressed. When I was finally noticed, I was informed it would be ANOTHER 30min. wait to address what should have been a very simple question.
I cannot emphatically stress just how utterly annoyed and irate I am with respect to this location, ArchTelecom and Sprint as a whole. Given my long tenure with the company and the substantial amount of funds I have paid in services over the years, I would expect any reputable business to have some modicum of respect for it's clients and effective customer service.

Sprint is to confusing with the buy back plan & buy one/get one free s7 deals.1stPromised no bill for the first month (5 dys w/Sprint & have a bill). If you are leaving another carrier to go w/Sprint it will take 3 billing cycles to actually get your contract paid off.1st must you log them in take to UPS 8-12wks but beware the process is long and you will get confused because $200 on acct $200 on AmEx card & you have to take in last bill to get the buyout back which will take an additional 12 weeks ($759.out of pocket to payoff Verizon+ last bill). Too many hoops to jump though & to much leg work.Cannot comment on service yet 5 days w/ Sprint & so far disappointed. My thing is the Buy One/Get One why am I being charged/Taxed for something that is free?Why do I have to wait 3 billing cycles for it to show BUY ONE/GET ONE FREE? I am scared I will be stuck w/buying 2 phones because it does not state on my agreement BUY ONE/GET ONE.Just take this unto consideration before going to SPRINT.
