        Overall

        My phone rep was easy to work with. Took a little while to finish the sign up process, but was able to use my own modem to start service after hanging up. Speeds are super fast. Paid for 200Mbps, Speedtest.net is reading 230Mbps.

        Overall

        Overall the experience was normal as it can get while ordering internet. Rep was friendly and informative of the new policy for self installation. Installation it self was easy, but equipment arrived a day late. Other than that no issues so far.
