This business establishment has the most awful customer service I have come across ever, They are imprecise, dumb-funded and cancel appointments last minutes without any explanation as if other peoples' time is worthless.
Then, they immediately ask if you want to reschedule!!
Please get lost.
Worst customer service ever. I've had an account with them for 3 years. First 6 months, deliveries on time..........Then I was told I had to call to get a delivery. My phone crashed 8 months ago, and I lost my delivery persons phone number. Haven't had a delivery since, though I have continued to call Sparkletts directly. Moving this week, and no one has come to pick up my equipment after I requested it 3 weeks ago. Will NEVER use them again.
Signed up for sparkletts through Costco. Their representative said that some one will contact me in a few days for a delivery. No one called in a week. I called them and they said I am schedule for delivery tomorrow to have someone at the house between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.. No show No call from them. Called them back and they once again schedule me for a delivery the next day with same instructions. And once again a no show no call. I called back a 3rd time, they informed me that it will be another week before they can try to be in my area again. At this point I canceled with them. Do not waste your time.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Things started out fine with this company. I signed up online, was happy to have deliveries every 2 weeks, loved that I got some free water for signing up online. Within a few months things started going downhill. They changed our deliveries to monthly without notifying us so we could put our empty bottles out for collection. They missed several deliveries and calling didn't seem to do anything since they would just say we could schedule a special delivery. Emails resulted in the same response. What's the point of having regular deliveries scheduled if the company won't deliver? We were still having to go to the grocery store to buy water and kept running out. They missed deliveries about 4 months in a row and we decided to end our service due to these issues. I spent 45 minutes waiting on hold just to talk to someone who could cancel our service. They did FINALLY let us cancel but we still have bottles they are supposed to pick up so we can get our bottle deposit back and they MISSED THAT PICK UP! When we called to reschedule it we were told we can't because our account is closed. We even offered to deliver the bottles to them so we could be done but they refused that. Looks like we are out the $6 PER BOTTLE we had to pay since they can't seem to do their jobs and complete deliveries/pick ups.
We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and we did get a quick response from that but they still won;t pick these bottles up and that complaint in ongoing. I suggest anyone else experiencing problems with them do the same, especially if they aren't responding to you or are making you sit on hold for significant amounts of time making it impossible for you to take care of issues.
I struggled to put up with this buisness for about 8 months. I just cant take the headache any more. Im buying my own cooler and will get better quality water somewhere else and will never buy anything from sparkletts again. Something so simple turned into a nightmare! DO NOT START WITH THEM. I think you will end up regreting it just as I have.
Horrible customer service. Company has gone automated, communications between departments (ie. customer service to delivery & to billing) is disjointed. Nobody talks to anyone. You have to call over and over to get billing errors corrected, you have to call over and over to get incorrect deliveries corrected. Company is a total disaster!!!
I ordered water service on a monday and it is Thursday and no water and then when call customer service they give you this old line am sorry can we offers u a free case of bottle water and we will be there the next day and again today no water u guy need help I am a new customer this is not a good look
