It's refreshing to experience personalized service from an owner/operator like Gary Smith. He arrived promptly, was friendly and personable and, most importantly, did a great job for a reasonable price! This was the first time I had the carpets steam cleaned vs. chemical cleaned, and I must say there is a difference. The dirt is actually removed rather than swirled around by a rotating mop, and no chemical residue!
