Appraisal of one's home is no small event. It is the evaluation of what is the most important investment, most important element, in many peoples life. With SMC Appraisals, I was greeted on time at my home by a pleasant, professional representative who would make this important evaluation. After introductions, all of my questions were answered and the process commenced. The appraiser moved around and through the property methodically and smoothly while measuring carefully and photographing. At the conclusion, the process was reviewed along with an explanation of when and where results would be available. Finally, I had plenty of opportunity to ask more questions and all questions were answered. I never felt rushed and I certainly felt confident that fairness was the order of the day.

I will certainly recommend SMC to my family, friends, and professional acquaintances for their important appraisal and assessment needs.
