Randy Shreve's company was the most realistic bid (out of 5 bids) for the scope of work required to demolish and rebuild a 1939 Cape Cod bathroom. Beyond the bid, everything else related to the project was excellent. The crew was always punctual, neat, and respectuful of other rooms in the house and worked to keep debris confined to the bathroom and hallway. They cleaned the work area EVERY DAY and hauled away any old building materials, packaging etc. Additionally, they were good listeners and also provided good feed back for optional things to consider such as lighting fixtures, energy saving plumbing devices, alternative heating and ventilation systems. Shreve Co was very good at explaining the potential hidden problems in an old house and how they would deal with any that they might uncover during the project. They finished the job on time and within budget and I'd recommend them without hesitation to my best friends, neighbors or others considering an old home remodelling project. JFJF
Mr Shreve and his team of craftsman were excellent. They helped us with a big job to renovate the LR, Kitchen and DR. The drywalling, finishing and painitng were impeccable. As we made some structural changes Mr Shreve was also very helpful with creative design suggestions. Every member of his team was professional, dedicated, friendly, an excellent craftsman and always took care to leave our home clean and livable during the process. It was such a nice experience to work with Mr Shreve and his team. My husband and I highly recommend Shreveco for all your contracting needs.
Shreveco did an excellent job on my home, I had some very serious damage and alot of work that needed to be done. It was a very large project which included framing repairs, floor repair, complete wall removal and rebuilding, roofing, siding, windows and doors...Shreveco was very professional and helped me out tremendously. They gave advice on how to pick styles, colors, windows, and doors but the final decision was for me the customer to make which was very comforting. Shreveco helped make my house a home again....I would recommend them to anyone!!!!
We hired Shreve Co. to enclose and extend our current carport and turn it into a garage, redo our back patio, and replace our roof and windows. The workers were all kind and courteous of our property, very easy to work with. The craftsmanship was excellent, they really pay attention to detail and don’t cut corners. Their prices are very reasonably for the high quality work that you receive. We plan on using them for any further projects we may have and highly recommend them to anyone else wanting to start a project.
