        Seven Acres RV Park & Sales is located in Dade City Florida. Seven Acres and Sunburst RV Parks are adjacent communities perfect for seniors who appreciate peace and quiet, but also enjoy meeting new people and participating in group activities. We take pride in our combined efforts to maintain a clean and organized environment for all of the residents and visitors to enjoy. We also work together and have a resident volunteer-based crime watch system to ensure the safety of our residents. Why Our Parks Are Different? Seven Acres and Sunburst RV Parks, we don't think of each other as just residents, we're neighbors who become like family. We encourage participation in the planned activities, but we respect your privacy if you prefer not to take part. Any sized pet is welcome, as long as they are leashed while outside and cleaned up after. Our lot sizes range from 30' x 50' to 45' x 65', each with on-site electric, water and sewer hook-ups; plus a designated 24-hour accessible mailbox located at the park's office. At the end of each month during our most active residential season, our office representatives organize a calendar of events for the upcoming month, which are distributed into each resident's mailbox and made available in the offices. Most events are held in our recreation hall, located in Seven Acres. The rec-hall is non-alcoholic/non-smoking, and can host approximately 300 people at any given event. Our parks owner Jeff, in many cases, will be one of the guys to show up at your door as part of the construction and maintenance team when you have a need. You'll also be likely to see him joining in many of the events and annual festivities. If You're Still Unsure...Please feel free to call or stop in to ask any questions that you may have.         Rude Unprofessional Dirty

        Is it a rv park or a trailer park? Full of empty trailers. Alot up for sale. When I asked to see some I was treated as an inconvience and never shown any. Instead told to look at the wall outside the office. Was going to stay a month but left after a week. Owner was just as rude as the lazy receptionist who onlyworked two hours a day& was always talking to a young man about other guests. Park Rec Hall was dirty the grounds were not taken care of. Wasnt a comfortable enjoyment park. I took my family across town and we liked it so much ended up staying another 2 weeks. Save your money and skip this one. You will be glad you did.

        We are winter residents at Seven Acres and enjoy the time spent at this friendly park. Though a rural setting, it's within a few miles of major chain stores, hospitals, vet clinics and some wonderful 'mom and pop' businesess. Whether looking for a 'stopover' or a quiet place to spend your winters - Seven Acres deserves a look.
