Servicemaster Clean-Merry Maids

This service is extremely expensive and does not deliver the quality, thorough cleaning services that they promise, not without redo cleanings anyways. Especially disappointed with what the employees consider a clean floor to be. I believe they were only "spot cleaning" the tile floors if I wasn't there to see them. After a couple of cleanings, I noticed that the tile floors, especially in the kitchen, seemed dull and grimy. So I called the supervisor, had her come out to look, she agreed that the floors were not getting cleaned as they should be. She then sent a crew out to do a redo cleaning, and the floors looked great afterwards. I thought the issue was resolved. We kept a few more scheduled cleanings, but again, the floors seemed to be getting dull and grimy again. Repeated the process of calling supervisor to come out, look, agreed again that a redo was in order, got the redo cleaning. I just decided that I didn't have the time to reschedule cleanings that should be done correctly and thoroughly the first time around, especially at the price they charge!
