General Info
Awakening Traditions. Here in the center of Florida's fantastic Emerald Coast, amid the sugar white beaches and the crystal blue-green waters, is an oasis where everything has come together at the right time and in the right place. Seascape was conceived to exist in harmony with the unspoiled natural beauty of the coast, so residents and guests can enjoy the lush tropical breeze, soft sands and golden sunsets the way nature truly intended.

Overall

This is NOT a Pet friendly area. They have a man who is part time living at Seascape and part time Kentucky. He traps the TNR cats and they are never seen again. He and the HOA association do not understand the value of TNR's. They keep rodents at bay and do not destroy your property. They are treated medically and are spayed or neutered. He/they have no regard for animal life. Please do not bring your pets to this area. If you value all living things then beware.
