Sears repairman was the best ever! He called to let us know what time to expect him, then again when on the way. He had to order a part on a previous visit and kept in touch to make sure we received it. Very professional, finished the job quickly and our dishwasher works perfectly ! Thank you Tom!!
The two service guys did a great job on the air conditioner but the condenser that was sent as one of the replacement parts had a lot of the cooling find bent over.They didn't have a final comb to fix them so they install it as is.
The Sears repair team fixed my ice maker last week and did a terrific job. Fast, neat, courteous and thorough! Definitely would recommend Sears products and service!
My tv was not working at all. Could not turn tv off or change channels, etc. so had to pull plug. As with a lot of my repair cases, when Chris showed up, the tv worked fine. After testing, he said he would have to change the master board. He called for approval and the person on the other end said since it's working now, I would have to test it and reschedule if problem comes back. Problem came back the next day. Now, I would have to reschedule and waste another half day.
Very professional service. Fixed problems on dishwasher that I didn't even know I had. Because of the excellent service, I renewed the service policy for another 3 years.
The services were for maintenance on my range and washer. The technician was the same person who did both the washer and the range. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated that one person came to do everything at the same time.
I thought the technician wouldn't be knowledgeable for both, but, he was and he was very diligent and took the time to explain and answer all my questions.
I was shock he took care of my ice box freezer stove and change my filter for my ice box, thank you. then answer my wife Question which was nice.
The maintenance and repair associate were one in the same. I was told it would be 2 separate associates initially. Very convenient having just one.
He showed up on time and was very quick and professional. He needed to order parts, and they were UPS'd direct to me, and he came a few days later to repair! Very happy with Sears!
The repair man came on time and did over beyond the expectations to return after telling us that he didn't have the part on him...but he did come back concerned about our priest not being able to wash his clothes. So, yes awesome service from your rep. Thank you!
Repair person showed up without the correct parts, had to come back to complete the job. I the described the problem to the person I spoke with, yet the repair person had to go back to get the parts.
Chris showed up earlier than expected which was perfect. He always has an amazing upbeat attitude to start with and then proceeds to zero in on the problem.
He is the best repair person Sears has ever sent out and we have been using Seats for 15 years for our tractor mower!
Repairman did not show for 1st appt. While testing the washer (2nd appt).he proceeded to flood my apartment. He was in the loo while conducting the test. The washer is fixed for the price of warped floors and 8 hrs of wasted time.
As always, the Sears repair technician found the problem after a little troubleshooting. It was a simple fix and didn't need any major parts or special tools. Our family is very happy the problem was fixed fast and efficiently.
Repairman, Billy came to the appointment within the time requested. He found the problem with my washer, amazingly had the part he needed to fix the washer. I reported the broken washer on Tuesday and he came out to fix the washer on Wednesday. That was great service! Thank you Billy!
The Sears tech, Josh, was on time, polite & professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly on my washer, had the part with him and fixed it!
My only complaint was the bill. This service call was WAY TO EXPENSIVE! $99 for tech just to walk in my door which did not apply to the final bill! For a $60 part the final bill came to $240! Highway Robbery!
Sears is always great! Every appliance, in my house, including my Dyson, has a Master Protection Agreement on it. The technicians are friendly, prompt and do great work. Highly recommend Sears for all your appliance repair needs!!
Repairman was quick to diagnose and repair my refrigerator. He was very professional. I liked that he was able to call me when he finished his previous job, so I didn't have to spend my time at home all day. :)
