I just had a great experience with Scott's Towing. My car simply wouldn't start this morning--it is horribly cold--and my Toyota Care service contacted Scott's Towing for me. I got a text within moments and talked with a representative a minute after responding. The tow truck was here right on time, and the service man knew what he was doing and explained it all to me, as well as giving me a business card so that I could report anything or contact them. My car is now at the dealership, where I asked it to be towed.
I couldn't ask for more.

A bad conversation from the time they answered my phone call.
The girl (far from a Lady) who answered the phone (after hours service) needs training in customer service and proper phone skills, the dispatcher (during working hours) was not very helpful with any info, I had to keep asking questions to get simple info such as hours & location. To these people who make a living pay there own bills by dealing with customers, you would think they would treat people a bit more nicer. I would not recommend this company to any friends or family members based on the phone conversations alone.
