I called up Scott to take a look at my non-working pump and filter on my waterfall and was expecting the worst. He was able to repair and get parts to get them both running better than ever in just a few days. We had people over to look at the house before the parts arrived and Scott did a quick temporary fix just so we could run the waterfall feature. He is honest, reasonable, and professional. Scott is an expert, he really knows his business. This is the guy to call !!!

Scott is extremely professional and honest. I had to kick my last pool service to the curb after returning from a trip over the hoildays and finding my pool water level about 8 inches below the tile. Thankfully a neighbor saw the water going into the street and shut the pool pump off before any significant damage occurred. I called my former pool service and he stated that he had not been there the day the leak happened. The neighbor who had shut off the pool told me that they saw him there. At this point I'd clearly caught him in a lie. I had no choice but to fire him. I started looking at pool services and found Scott's Pool service. Scott came on the weekend(Sunday in fact) and looked at the crack in the DE Filter tank bottom. He had hoped to be able to repiar it with a fiber glass patch but the crack was too big. Scott gave me a quote which was spot on and had the pool up and running by the following Friday. I looked at the old tank and it was clear with all of the filth that he had removed that my former pool service had been gaming me. Scott is absolutely the best and my pool has been running even better than before. I highly recommend Scott's Pool and Spa Service.

We called Scott's Pool Service 6 years ago to get a second opinion about replacing our pool heater, as our previous pool service recommended. Scott assured us that the heater was still in good condition and got it working again with a 65.00 part. We have since hired Scotts Pool Service to maintain our pool.
