Sauer & Son Construction

I hired this company after a few neighbors and friends had used them to build a carport and a screenroom here in the Oaks MHP, Bushnell, FL. After buying a new park model from Harvey's Mobile Homes, I wanted to increase my living area. After meeting with the contractor Tom and working out the details of my addition, I decided to give them a shot. His price was fair and inline with the other quotes I had gotten. Tom and his crews delivered on their promises and within the specified time frame. After final inspection, I gave them a small punch list which was completed within the week. I have dealt with several companies in my lifetime and they are as good as any. I would definitely call on them again. Bill

We had an awesome experience with Sauer and Sons! They installed a screen enclosure and keyless door locks for us. They were very reliable and very professional...not to mention very personable and caring to our needs. The amount we paid was beyond reasonable for the work that they did. Also, the work was done in a timely manner and done right! We have had projects done in the past by other companies, all of which none have compared to the workmanship, quality and value that we received from Sauer and Sons. I will recommend this company to ALL of my family and friends, and will definitely use them again in the future! Top notch company...keep up the good work Sauer and Sons! CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!4 weeks from the time they took our 1/3 down deposit until they showed up, then the work wasn't done correctly and had to be redone. 2 workers, the one supposedly in charge was obnoxious, rude and "mouthy". The roof is leaking in 6 places.Now it's month 3, the roof still leaks and no one out to fix it.I definitely WOULD NOT recommend this company.
