Initially, whilst entering the store, I was impressed. The atmosphere was pleasant and the decor represented very well the variety that Sandy's tuxedo has to offer.
The owner was a pleasant individual in which it was apparent that her main goal was to please and provide me with the utter best customer service.
Measurements were taken properly and my request was at the top of the owners list. She made sure that I was provided with my tux and vest of choice even if it was not in stock at the moment.
Honestly, I would highly recommended this place to anyone. I was very happy with the outcome, the tux fit great! and not to mention the prices at Sandy's Tuxedo beats any other competitive tuxedo business in this area.
This will definitely be my number one choice from here on out.

This has been the worst Suit/Tux experience I have ever had. I have rented and bought from a few different places in the past, some offering phenomenal service, most just average. This place attempts to go out of its way to drive away customers.
1- The two women 'working' posted a ""Be Back at 1 O'Clock"" sign for lunch. This would be fine, except they open at noon!! I took time out of my work day to be fitted and give them my money, and when I phone at 1215 asking if they could come in, she said no, they would be back at 1.
2- 1:15 rolls around and I call again, am told just to hang on a minute, we're almost there. Figured it could have been an emergency or whatnot, nope, they said we were just having lunch.
3- I am very late getting back to work at this point, and tell the women 'working' there this. They apologize, and after fitting me ask for the deposit. No problem, this is normal, except she takes my credit card, answers the phone, then walks into the back room and has a 10 minute conversation with a friend!!
Fast forward to the day before the wedding. I still have to work, and I know they're not cordial, so I ask someone to pick up my Tux on my behalf. So it begins again...
1- I send the person to the new address they gave us, as they were moving. Person arrives and nothing is there. Talk with the store reveals they didn't move after all, and didn't bother to tell anyone.
2- They say my order cannot be picked up, as they don't have all the necessary pieces. WTF?! Its the day before and they are still waiting on stuff? Oh, it's not there fault though, they didn't order it until Tuesday after all!!!
3- They attempt to say that everything has to be picked up at once, and the missing pieces cannot be picked up by someone living 30 minutes closer. BS was called, and after some arguing they gave in and would allow the Tux to be taken and would let someone else pick up the accessories.
4- The reason they wanted to wait was because... They were not ever done altering the Tux!!! They day before, come on people!!! It's not like we ordered earlier this week. They knew this was coming for over two months.
This story is still not complete, so there may very well be more coming.
I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone, unless you truly hate whoever it is you refer here. The workers are lazy, late, and rude. Hopefully the Tuxes are at least clean and fit...

Ordered tux from Sandy's the vest did not match the tie or the bridesmaid dresses, Father of the bride tux was dirty. brought back, n was treated rudely. Was not able to use the vest for the wedding which was fri. 6/19/2009. would like the owner to know this. Will be reported too the Ietter Business Bureau. Would like restutation to this problem when I bring tuxs back.
