I have dealt with this company before with no issues but this last interaction with the company was no good. i asked them to drop my car off at one place but they took it somewhere else, now i know there are such things as misunderstan dings or miscommunication but to not own up to mistakes is not professional at all, hanging up on customers is not the way to handle business, sending them to voicemail is not the way, i understand that mistakes are made but its how you handle those mistakes that will make or break you. now this company seems broken top me, it will be awhile if ever i chose to work with this company again.
