We had a terrible experience with Costco and they weren’t going to be able to deliver today as promised when we ordered a week ago. I reached out to you all and spoke with Denise at around noon and the beautiful flowers were delivered within two hours!!! Absolutely made our day!!! As a small business owner myself I know that just as it is hard to find good employees, executing at a high level is equally as hard and I am thoroughly impressed not only with your staff but with you company and product as a whole. As a chef and caterer/husband I have many occasions where flowers are needed and thanks to Veronica and your great company you all have my business guaranteed.

You have such a kind and wonderful personality in how you treated me , and spent time helping select a wonderful funeral tribute for my dear aunts funeral, My sister said she will cherish this .
