One of their drivers ran an intersection with four stop signs yesterday in my town. I laid on the horn but he blew right past me without even looking. Another company truck was behind him and stopped. Many people have been killed at this intersection because of drivers like him. I wanted to speak to someone at the OKC or Norman shop about this but of course that's impossible since it's all automated. The national line rep said it wasn't their problem. I will find other companies to use besides this one and I'm letting all, including the sheriff, know what happened. From the response below looks like they lie and steal car keys anyway. If you see one of their trucks in your town beware. They believe that they don't have to obey local street signs or laws it seems.
Poor management ad poor workmanship. The technician that worked on my truck left mud all over my running boards and interior floor from standing on them to fix the windshield chip. When I went into the office to ask for paper towels, I asked the tech if she was standing in mud. She agreed but did not offer to clean up the mess she made. The receptionist made no comment at this time. I left the office to clean the truck. When I came back in, the receptionist asked me if she wanted me to have the tech vacuum the truck. This was after I cleaned it. I told her no and asked how I could file a complaint.
