If I could do zero stars I would. By far the worst service I have ever experienced! The time it took was not an issue because I know cold weather and glass replacement doesn't go together but they came to my house 3 times. once with the wrong windshield, another with a broken windshield and then the 3rd time with finally a windshield that they could use and removed all my seals and saw one small little bubble of rust on the roof line of my Jeep and said that the only way they could do my windshield was if I took it to a body shop and had it fixed.. I live in Ohio and there isn't a car on the road that doesn't have a rust bubble or two and the rust spot my Jeep has isn't even where the windshield is glued in. But this tech made it out like my 2006 vehicle was completely destroyed and they in no way he could do the work. Now I'm stuck waiting for another company to order a new windshield and do the work this guy was not willing to do. To me it was just one more excuse from a guy who didn't actually wanna do the work.
I use this company every time I need my windshield fixed. They will come to my work or home and submit the insurance claim, so I pay nothing. I've always been very happy with their work. I'm going to need another windshield replaced and they are on the top of my list to call.
