Called Rusty's for a quote on my wrecked SUV. What they offered is what I got. We set up an appointment the next day for pickup and tower arrived within scheduled time period with check in hand. No hassle, no reneging, a very easy and quick process. They were also the highest offer in the Atlanta area. Can't beat it.

Absolutely the best, most hassle-free way to get rid of that junk car that's making your yard or driveway an eyesore. Everyone I spoke with was polite and helpful. I called on Monday, and my old car was gone by Tuesday at noon. I received a more-than-fair price for it, too.

The above was my initial review, which was prompted by an e-mail promising a $25 gift certificate for a review. More than a month later and an e-mail query to which there was no response, I still don't have my gift certificate, so I have docked three stars for dishonesty / lack of customer service. My advice is still to sell your junk car to them, but don't bother writing a review or "liking" them on Facebook.

We needed to get rid of a 2002 Jeep, their staff was very informed and helpful, their process is very user friendly, and their pickup service was timely and professional.

We needed to get rid of a Blazer with high miles and a broken sway bar. On the first call we talked immediately to a service person, who then put us immediately through to the quote person, then on to the scheduling person and finally to the tow service who set up the time for pickup. Everything was fast and efficient which is the main reason I went with them. The tow driver arrived on schedule and was very personable to work with. I would use their service again. Ron T

Totally satisfied with all people that I was in contact with, tow truck driver was friendly and helpful to our needs.

After getting the paperwork together to sell them my car, they told me a tow truck driver would call me and verify that he could meet me to pick up my car. That call never came, a few days later I went to the service shop where my car was located to clean it out, and the car wasn't there. I was told it was towed away hours ago. They essentially STOLE my car without any permission, title, or power of attorney. Nor did they pay me what was offered. If i ever need a car junked again, I will certainly do business with someone else! The only ray of hope was when I called to fix their screw up, the person on the phone was somewhat polite and professional, even though she tried to blame me saying I gave them permission to take the vehicle. Even if that was true, (which it isn't) without power of attorney or title, they have no legal right to take my property.

I was impressed! Offered me a good price for my junk car and towed it away for free. Very easy. No hassle. Very polite. I would recommend to anyone.

I had a great experience with rustys auto salvage. Not only did they offer me more money then throw rest of the competitors but they were the friendliest. Also getting my car picked up was quick and easy great service, I would def. Recommend.

Super friendly driver was quick and professional. I couldn't believe he found my car in the back roads of our town. He told me he knew how to get there, but the proof was in the pudding. He got there before me! Excellent, would use again in a heart beat!

After 15 years, my maxima was finished. Rusty's gave me cash and took my car away. An easy and smooth experience.
