        HORRIBLE company - HORRIBLE NEW owner - HORRIBLE people

        This was a HORRIBLE company to use. AVOID-AVOID-AVOID. Worse than bad - The WORST. It is under NEW OWNERSHIP as of April 2009 so ignore previous good reviews which was for good old buy owners. NEW OWNER is the opposite of original owners - he's just AWFUL. This was a big move; these movers caused thousands of dollars worth of damage so I submitted a claim which they REFUSED to forward to insurance company. So they must have no insurance - Scary. Only responded to me when I threatened legal action; otherwise ignored phone calls. IGNORED making contact - wanted me to just go away. I have a letter from BBB advising me to pursue this issue with government agencies that oversee & license movers & provided me with the agencies & addresses. Do NOT give ROYAL your business. They will DAMAGE EVERYTHING they can then leave you with the repairs. Also, on moving day, your invoice will be DOUBLE THE ORIGINAL QUOTE. Bait & switch. Just AVOID this one!!!!

        Excellent the best out there!

        I have moved many times and have never had a moving company do such a great job! The worker's were on time, got to work immediately, were extremely careful with my things and they were very polite. The only stopped for about 10 minutes after working for several hours to have a bite to eat.

        Charley the salesman came out to my house, gave me a fair price in writing and even stopped by the morning of my move to check on things.

        I would highly recommend this company for your next move. You won't regret it and your move will go smooth! Guaranteed!
