Mall at Fairfield Commons

Dam this is really a cool store. It has great service. Just got my phone fixed. I'm not sure how this is a bad store it's actually a really nice one.

RIPOFF!!!!! - took phone to be repaired, (charging port loose/broke pulling plug out of phone pulled whole port out of phone,), was charged $30 "repair", returned when charge port still loose/ same condition rep insisted "you broke again" so he will this time order proper part, securely attach and charge me $45 ADDITIONAL dollars to fix what he did not the first time...avoid like the plague- no contract other than spoken and no guarantee on work done...$30 lesson learned ...off to file with BBB

Do NOT shop here. I bought a seasonal snowman plate here with writing on it. The associate wrapped it in paper and used tape on the plate. When I got home and unwrapped the item, the last two letters came off the plate where it had been taped. The very next day, I went back and asked to exchange the item. I was told this was the item I had picked out, and I could not exchange it because it was a holiday, distressed item. I was given an email address I could contact and complain to, and the email address it invalid. I understand distressed, but this was a damaged item. And they did not tell me about the no return/exchange policy, they stapled it to my receipt after I had already made my purchase.
